Programme

Friday

Arrival of participants in Augustow, dinner / bonfire with sausages; camping
on the SZOT campsite or the Lesnik Hotel accommodation.

Saturday

Frącki - Dworczysko (11 km)

Breakfast and then ride to the starting point. Before the trip the water safety rules are discussed and training of kayaking skills is conducted.   

During the day we're going to cover a section of the river, strongly meandering through meadows. The route without obstacles.  You can use the sauna and shower.

Sunday  

Dworczysko – Mikaszówka (12 km)

Picturesque woodland, the "heart" of the Augustow Forest with beautiful views all around. Quite strong current, many meanders, fallen trees here and there. In Rygol the river links up with the Augustow Canal. At the end additional attraction - short trip by the canal with two antique hand-operated locks. You can also visit the wooden church built in the traditional forest style. 

About 15.00 - finish and coming back to Augustow.

The price includes

• Seating in a double tourist kayak with the equipment (paddle, life-jacket, soft seat).
• Transportation service of people and kayaks form Augustow to the starting point and return transportation.
• 2 nights - in accordance with the option.
• Camp fire with sausages.
• Meals (breakfast, dinner).
• Two-lock fee.
• Life guard care.
• Insurance (5000 zł).

Additional information

• Showers extra paid.
• Free car parking in Augustow next to the office.
• Picking up from the railway/bus station - for free
• Minimum number of participants – 8.
• You should take: tent and carrimat (you can hire it at the office), sleeping bag (in case of camping or night in agrotouristic farm), sun-hat, light hiking shoes, warm clothes, raincoat and, of course, good mood!

• Additional payment fot SZOT SINGLE kayak – 20 zł
• Hire of 2-3-person tent (igloo-type) - 19 zł/trip
• Hire of carrimat – 2 zł/day
• Hire of professional waterproof kayak bag - 6 zł/trip
• Luggage transportation service (for the whole group) - 20 zł/person.
• You can buy maps of kayaking routes at the office.
• It is also possible to buy at the office: waterproof mobile phone pouch, gloves, raincoats.
